Very disappointing experience in the shop. Currently, the shop is offering a discount for egg tart. Basically it is a buy 3 and get 3 free.However, the staff does not mention the discount to the customers.After I finished purchasing  3 egg tarts (i only get 3), another customer came in and buy 3 and get 3 free (6 in total).Then i asked the staff onsite what is the reason the other customer got 6 in total. Very disappointing experience in the shop. Currently, the shop is offering a discount for egg tart. Basically it is a buy 3 and get 3 free.

However, the staff does not mention the discount to the customers.

After I finished purchasing  3 egg tarts (i only get 3), another customer came in and buy 3 and get 3 free (6 in total).

Then i asked the staff onsite what is the reason the other customer got 6 in total. While i only got 3. 

They replied “Since you have not mention about using the discount during the purchase, so we will not give out the extra 3”.

What kind of ethics and attitude it is. Very poor customer services indeed.
