As stated in the title, brass spoon's pho was expensive and did not worth the hype nor the wait. Went there for lunch and the wait was 30 minutes for the 3 of us, which was quite dreadful especially in the summer. Soup was quite bland and portion was extremely small. Noodles were slightly overcooked, therefore did not have a nice chew to it. Although, beef was flavourful and tender. If you want an overpriced fancy bowl of pho, Brass Spoon would be your go-to. As stated in the title, brass spoon's pho was expensive and did not worth the hype nor the wait. Went there for lunch and the wait was 30 minutes for the 3 of us, which was quite dreadful especially in the summer. Soup was quite bland and portion was extremely small. Noodles were slightly overcooked, therefore did not have a nice chew to it. Although, beef was flavourful and tender. 

If you want an overpriced fancy bowl of pho, Brass Spoon would be your go-to. If you want some authentic and flavourful pho, try some place else. In summary, it's a bowl of pho I'd pay at most $60 for, definitely not worth the $88.
