Very overrated and expensive bowl of pho

As stated in the title, brass spoon's pho was expensive and did not worth the hype nor the wait. Went there for lunch and the wait was 30 minutes for the 3 of us, which was quite dreadful especially in the summer. Soup was quite bland and portion was extremely small. Noodles were slightly overcooked, therefore did not have a nice chew to it. Although, beef was flavourful and tender. If you want an overpriced fancy bowl of pho, Brass Spoon would be your go-to. As stated in the title, brass spoon's pho was expensive and did not worth the hype nor the wait. If you want an overpriced fancy bowl of pho, Brass Spoon would be your go-to. If you want some authentic and flavourful pho, try some place else. In summary, it's a bowl of pho I'd pay at most $60 for, definitely not worth the $88.
