Seeing that many people had ranked Hemma's cakes the No. 1 cakes in Hong Kong, we naturally came with very high expectations.We've read many reviews on Instagram and wanted to avoid the queue, so we came at 10:30 in the morning. We ordered the Vanilla Burnt Cheesecake and Lemon Burnt Cheesecake. The portion was smaller than expected and the flavor was also not as rich as we had hoped. Overall, the cakes are tasty, but have a far way to go from deserving the title of No. 1 Cakes in Hong Kong.

In conclusion, we were quite disappointed. To be completely honest, I think Tealosophy's Matcha Cheesecake and even Sushiro's Catalana are better than Hemma's cakes, but that is just my personal preference.
