Very poor service and food

Impolite waitress and poor food. No thank you and no good bye but just welcome at the beginning.We will not visit again.The view and environment is not as good as the pictures show on OpenRice .We visit this restaurant in the afternoon ,there are very few people there.The price is cheap but the food is also cheap too,the portion of the food is small and the taste is not good.The lunch set doesn’t include coffee and we need to pay $18 for the coffee.
