Such a shame that this cafe is really pretty but the staff (the two female baristas in particular) clearly has a lack of common sense when it comes to customer service.We went to Wooo for breakfast when it was not busy. We sat in and ordered through a QR code. However, it took them over 40 minutes to deliver my partner's food and coffee, when people around us who arrived later got their food before us.The baristas were just chatting and was quite racist as we checked-in politely if they missed m
We went to Wooo for breakfast when it was not busy. We sat in and ordered through a QR code. However, it took them over 40 minutes to deliver my partner's food and coffee, when people around us who arrived later got their food before us.
The baristas were just chatting and was quite racist as we checked-in politely if they missed my partner's coffee & breakfast order. Instead, they gave us a smug attitude as they were annoyed and looked as if we were bothering their chatting time. We had to check in 3 times before they took action with the order after 40 minutes! They were not apologetic at all for missing our order.
Coffee and food was okay, but would not come back because of bad service. Would rather go somewhere else for better food and service.
Staff need better problem solving skills, and they look like they didn't even want to be there. Left with disappointment and total waste of time to come here.
