had very unpleasant experience by ordering surprise b-day cake from this merchant. Seriously,  I made this order to make my life easier but it was worst experience ever!!!!Though I called to your shop to make sure all the arrangement including delivery and candles, they managed it so soooo bad. And when I wrote them to complain, they insulted me by mocking up some stupid candles which they forgot to put in. Please becareful with those guys. THEY DONT KNOW WHAT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. I am very very upset with your whole organization : delivery, service, actually all management aftersales!
