The beef was cooked well, it had great flavours, seasoning and marinating. I was impressed at how well the beef was cooked and how perfectly it tasted. The rest of the noodles and vegetables were as normal and all went together well. Very big serving so you will not go hungry. But I found it to be a little expensive for Sheung Wan, tables were a little sticky as if they hadn't properly cleaned them. Staff are normal, nothing special. Nice restaurant, everything seems nice, new and bright.
