Akoya is one of the izakaya-s in Hong Kong which I have been visiting again and again! From kushiyaki to the mains, they no doubt nailed in every of their dishes! My must-order are tsukune (juicy minced-chicken skewer dipping into raw japanese egg yolk) and mentaiko tamagoyaki (fluffy egg roll stuffed with spicy cod roe)♡ Their creamy carbonara udon is another signature dish that nearly every table would have ordered one!
