年三十同屋企人過澳門過年,未出發前諗住喺上環碼頭附近搵食。記起坐巴士嘅時候經過過一間門面好有feel嘅餐廳,原來就係喺西港城嘅西班牙菜Pica Pica🇪🇸餐廳大致分兩個區域,一邊係正常dining table,一邊係圍住open kitchen坐嘅圓櫈。由於我地12點walk in入去,職員意思係無訂枱就淨返圓櫈位。餐廳不設lunch menu,我地當日嗌咗3樣野食,以防咁耐無搭船會嘔😂•Waygu Steak Tartare on Charred Bone Marrow $175油脂味同調味較重,法式芥末有啲酸,配咗餅乾食會好啲,不過餅乾份量唔夠食晒全部牛肉•Octopus Galician Style on Potato “al caliu” $138澱粉愛好者非常鍾意佢個薯仔😆用油、辣椒粉調味令口感更加滑。八爪魚口感彈牙,調味唔會過重,仍然品嚐到鮮味。•Pica Pica Paella Surf and Turf (Small) $108糾結咗好耐要邊一款paella,老闆仔原本想試黑色,但我想試呢款🫣雖然嗌small,但我覺得兩個人share都夠。我哋咁啱坐喺焗爐側邊,見到師

澱粉愛好者非常鍾意佢個薯仔😆用油、辣椒粉調味令口感更加滑。八爪魚口感彈牙,調味唔會過重,仍然品嚐到鮮味。

糾結咗好耐要邊一款paella,老闆仔原本想試黑色,但我想試呢款🫣雖然嗌small,但我覺得兩個人share都夠。我哋咁啱坐喺焗爐側邊,見到師傅會先用雞湯炒香材料同米粒,然後放入焗爐焗,見到佢一直都出得好快,我有擔心會唔會米粒好硬,好彩出到嚟好ok,老闆仔同我解釋因為層飯鋪得好薄,所以無問題。海鮮同雞湯索曬入米飯,每啖味道層次豐富。加上海鮮係焗咗一陣再攞出嚟加,所以係啱啱好熟,好正👍🏻

另外值得一讚係職員服務好好,不斷加水,亦都有問我哋食物點樣,今時今日咁嘅服務態度已經係好難得㗎啦😂👍🏻👍🏻
