Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. It was raining heavily and we decided to try this one while we walked by the building.My mood drops expotentially when I see the environment. My FOIE GRA
Overcooked. The side dishes are quite nice though, good combination of sea salt and salad, foie gra paste is light and not oily. They really have a problem of distracting the main food

Gf's LAMB RACK
Nothing special at all

My RAVIOLI
Overall dish is good except that the scallop is again overcooked. Even the paired Pinot Grigio doesn't help much.

Desserts were alright luckily I didn't order the rack, it looks weird
