Overcooked. The side dishes are quite nice though, good combination of sea salt and salad, foie gra paste is light and not oily. They really have a problem of distracting the main food

Nothing special at all

Overall dish is good except that the scallop is again overcooked. Even the paired Pinot Grigio doesn't help much.
Desserts were alright luckily I didn't order the rack, it looks weird
