To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黎到灣仔食台灣菜就諗起呢間樓上餐廳—1963十木豆寸😋平時人多去到呢間都好難攞位,今日人少少就去睇吓有無位。到左餐廳等左幾分鐘就有人埋單跟住就有位lu✌🏻我地兩個人都叫左經典嘅台灣餸—滷肉飯,之前飲過佢地嘅黑糖咖啡覺得太過甜所以就無叫,只叫左嘢食。如果唔食飯嘅話都有其它選擇,例如紅燒牛肉麵🍜。嘢飲方面D飯/麵套餐唔包嘅,要散叫。🍹🍵☕️我地個滷肉飯餐用左個木盤裝住咁上菜,主角就係滷肉飯加一碟滷蘿蔔、豬耳、牛腱&滷水蛋,另外配菜有醃番茄同醃蘿蔔。嘢食都幾精緻,用左唔同碗碟裝起,份量夠食,價錢亦算合理。推介👍🏻😋🍛因為間餐廳唔大,建議如果多人黎最好早D黎攞位先/book枱。👍🏻😊
