To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境好正，入到去個餐廳大堂bar檯好靚。 見好多人推介crab cake，點左一個覺得ok, 但冇想像中咁好食。 叫左一塊medium rare rib eye，另配兩個sauce, 其中一個係mushroom好好味。另外侍應會問你拎一set醬問你加唔加落隻碟到。Apple Crumble 好好食， 啱啱焗完送上黎熱辣辣，甜度適中， 上層有脆口既奶油餅，再加上餐廳自家制vanilla ice-cream。兩個夾埋一齊食係另一番好味，非常唔錯
