最近九月新開的日式串燒店位於灣仔汕頭街是來自沖繩的串燒店呢 而且由日本人廚師主理店內吧檯位置和卡位都坐得舒適一開始點菜前會先奉上收費前菜茶碗蒸4個人點了很多道串燒最愛其中幾道菜:𓇢 明太子出汁玉子燒 73𓇢 梅味增雞胸肉 32𓇢 雞心 28𓇢 牛小排 68𓇢 牛舌 68𓇢 雞翼 38明太子 出汁 蛋 這配搭基本上不會出錯出汁和蛋都很香 加上滿滿的明太子和蔥每一口都好香好好吃第一次吃有梅味增的串燒 加上燒到嫩滑的雞胸肉有梅子的酸 也有味增的香氣 雞心純粹是個人喜好 ! 爽脆味美牛舌很嫩滑 牛五花更是燒出了滿滿的肉汁雞翼配合燒烤味和檸檬 脆脆的外皮實在是太好吃另外大推他們的燒野菜 茄子和淮山 還有獅子唐青椒都很不錯配上日本很受歡迎的檸檬堂 lemon sour/ suntory beer還有超有日本風格的手繪menu 感覺去了日本旅行一樣Japanese restaurant Yakitori Kobako has brought their delicious skewers from Okinawa to Wanchai!Your chawanmushi is ready to ser

Your chawanmushi is ready to serve right after getting seated, and it was so easy to order by ticking the ordering form, no worries for language barriers!
The following are my recommended dishes:
𓇢 Grilled Egg Roll with Cod Roe
𓇢 Tender Plum Miso on Chick Breast
𓇢 Chicken Heart
𓇢 Beef Ribe
𓇢 Beef Tongue
𓇢 Chicken Wing
Mixed with japanese dashi, the egg roll was full of umami topped with generous amount of green onions and cod roe. The plum miso chicken breast has that acidity from the plum, and the savoury from the miso. Ready tender and juicy chicken breast to enjoy! I’m a big fan of chicken heart, they are so crunchy and flavourful especially for skewers. Please give it a try if you have never tasted it before
Both the beef tongue and beef ribe are so tender and juicy, so full of flavour and it just makes me keep wanting more.
Roasted veggies are also recommended, I particularly like the eggplant and yam potato.
