Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過尖沙咀既一遊,對一遊印象好好,食物非新鮮。今晚約左啲朋友係港島食島,見到一遊係灣仔合和中心都有分店,於是推薦朋友今晚食飯。我地叫左四款食物,又齊刺身、壽司、天婦羅同煮蜆。每道菜餐廳嘅經理都好用心介紹俾我哋聽,特別係個刺身池魚王,非常新鮮,肉質既口感食得出係岩岩新鮮切開既魚,朋友都食得好開心。另外,個壽司都好吸引,經理話每次食都有機會係唔同魚,因為佢地會用最新鮮既時令刺身做壽司,兩個人一齊食份量岩岩好。
