To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

This was the second time I visited this café. As the first time was quite good, this time I just picked any option I like most without taking into consideration of reviews in openrice. I easily chose the Spaghetti in truffle cream sauce with shrimp, scallops and mushroom.There were three big shrimps which taste was alright. About five pieces of small scallops. There were three big shrimps which taste was alright. About five pieces of small scallops. Though its size was small, it was tasteful and cooked in good time. Further to please my palates, the sauce was thick enough with flavourful truffle cream sauce. Every bite could give me enjoyment and I really want to encore again if I could stomach one more dish!
