To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

附近西餐都200蚊左右比較貴，呢間set lunch 100頭，見佢drinks menu都幾多選擇，就入去試下餐湯係西蘭花湯，跟麵包條，個湯都幾足料又唔太濃，都幾有誠意Set揀左chicken pie，外層做得幾酥脆香口，餡就平穩啲，係好普通嘅忌廉雞；幾欣賞個gravy，加左香草同胡椒粒，唔會太咸，點批點薯條都夾到side salad用黑醋汁，冇hea你；薯條茄汁用小碟上，方便衛生餐飲隻匙羹幾得意，跟餐甜品蛋糕我見隔離枱都食清光，我就唔太岩口味，比較實同甜，有啲似一舊密度好高嘅海綿蛋糕點左杯virgin pina colada，有少少失望，喺唔同餐廳酒吧飲過alcoholic或non alcoholic嘅pina colada，未試過奶味咁重，椰味同菠蘿味都唔出整體黎講唔算特別好食，而且都偏貴，但都可接受，係lunch轉下口味嘅好選擇

餐飲隻匙羹幾得意，跟餐甜品蛋糕我見隔離枱都食清光，我就唔太岩口味，比較實同甜，有啲似一舊密度好高嘅海綿蛋糕
