今日到房間樓上餐廳餐廳景致唔錯,看見中環高樓嘅景緻,感覺開揚。Brunch $338 -位可以選擇四個tapas,一個主菜同埋甜品,,,內容相當豐富。Scallop ceviche, avocado mousse帶子有四片,口感香滑柔軟,加上牛油果慕絲,味道冇咁單調,感覺幾清新。Broken egg with chorizo 呢個真係冇乜特別就係煎蛋,加上蘑菇同埋薯條。整體味道相當平穩,薯條炸得唔油膩,磨茹拌上太陽蛋,係典型嘅早餐組合。Beef tartare with crostini +$38生牛肉他他是冷的,味道正常,加上法包,幾有西班牙前菜的感覺。Foie gras on buttered brioche with fig jam +$88呢個鵝肝多士份量雖然細,但係味道相當唔錯,法包相當香脆鬆軟,非常煎得甘香,鵝肝口感柔潤肥美,再配上香甜嘅無花果果醬,好吃。Prawn呢個蒜蓉蝦冇乜特別,就是大蝦,配上蒜蓉加少少辣椒,味道幾OKQM signature sucking pig, pumpkin purée, roasted rosemary potatoes 呢個烤乳豬真係唔錯

呢個烤乳豬真係唔錯,乳豬皮十分香脆,好似脆皮咁脆,再加上皮下有脂肪,口感柔潤,再配上嫩滑嘅豬肉,啖啖肉,十分滿足。

呢個牛扒有少少失望,個牛肉比較韌,雖然看似軟滑,但部份帶筋,而肉味係唔錯嘅。
