To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. finally! a sunny Saturday! and it would be a sin not to enjoy this weather on a patio! hence decided to start our weekend off with a nice brunch at Bricklane. it was 1pm when we arrived, it was quite full and fortunately no queue I always like the patio here for the view of Victoria harbour.We ordered a Cappuccino (big size) and a Flat white (regular size). As for meal, we ordered a All Day Breakfast - Bricklane Combo ($159). It was a very decent size and had a great variety of food (eggs, bacon, baked beans, cheese, corned beef, ham, hash brown, portobello mushroom, roasted tomato, sausage, smoked salmon, toast). It had a London touch of it in which it came with Yorkshire pudding and Black pudding. I especially liked the Yorkshire pudding, buttery and fluffy, yum!
