At Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, Cruise offers a relaxed and inviting ambiance with a beautiful view of Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour. Its new weekend brunch menu (HKD548/pp) serves up 90 minutes of all-you-can-eat sashimi and satay skewers, flavourful mains, and dessert while you can enjoy the live performances by Iris Pascual and ANDREAH as well. All sashimi were so fresh, including salmon, tuna, octopus, hamachi, and crab legs. Skewer has two options: chicken with satay peanut sauce or pork with Yakiniku sauce. Both were so yummy and perfect to match with beer. Make sure to leave room for main and dessert.

The main course highlights include the Soft Shell Crab Curry, Iberico Secreto, and Grilled M6 Striploin. Soft Shell Crab Curry was my favorite, the chili garlic curry sauce gave the crispy soft shell crab a nice tangy flavor, served up with roti. It’s perfect to dip into the curry to eat it! To elevate the brunch experience, you can add the free-flow drinks packages (from just HKD158+) to enjoy a selection of cocktails, prosecco, wines, and beer.
