To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每每有新同事ON BOARD我地都會成班人去飲茶迎新,聘珍樓近公司,環境又好當然係最好選擇啦。我就最中意食燒賣,佢既燒賣肥瘦豬肉比例相當好,加埋爽口既蝦可以話係一絕,豬肉嘅解,加埋蝦嘅甜,令我呢個燒賣粉絲拍案叫絕。腸粉叫左幾款,叉燒腸皮夠薄,配埋淡淡既甜豉油就FIT晒,叉燒味有咬口,並唔係一般貨色。魷魚鬚就不過不失,唔夠惹味。
