Well, couldn't believe there are so many bad grade

Many years ago, this restaurant was reli a mess, bad services, poor quality of food...etc. However, from my last experience, I have to change what i said before. And I am curious about why there could be so many bad grades. Last week, I visited this restaaurant with my friend. And we ordered several dishes., like 生牛河, 炒金邊河, 蒸RICE BAGS?...etc............ And I am curious about why there could be so many bad grades. Last week, I visited this restaaurant with my friend. And we ordered several dishes., like 生牛河, 炒金邊河, 蒸RICE BAGS?...etc............ We were completely impressed by the quality of the dishes, the cook had made the dishes very well. And i can say that it can comparable with a local Vietnam restauarnt. Even the services weren't to good and it's a bit crowded, but it's still acceptable.
I hope the restaurant will receive more up-to-date comments and grading.
