Last week was my friend Adrian birthday and she wanna try something hot in the 'sudden' cold spring season. Hotpot seems to be an excellent choice and we decided to try this famous seafood hotpot restaurant in WanChai. We have made reservation few days ago so there is no need for waiting. I love the restaurant when we came in as it is very well decorated and clean, as we all know, hotpot restaurant in HK can be as dirty as it could given that the foods are fresh!? Since it was the first time we came here, we ask for the famous hotpot soup, the waiter, which is an old gentlemen, was very polite and introduce us the flagship beef bone marrow soup. The soup is very tasty and got lots of ingredient, ie the bone marrow, beef tendon, herbs, carrots…and stewed for over 10 hours.
