I recently visited Orka for dinner. Orka serves an array of healthy, vegan, and non-vegan items on the menu, designed by their in-house nutritionist. I ordered 1 set dinner (HKD298/per person), including purple corn sourdough bread, avocado summer bang salad, truffle bacon penne pasta, and red velvet cake (+HKD58). The penne had a rich truffle and cheese flavour with less fat than regular smoked bacon. The red velvet cake was covered in low-gi frosting and tasted fluffy and moist, so YUM! Seared

The penne had a rich truffle and cheese flavour with less fat than regular smoked bacon. The red velvet cake was covered in low-gi frosting and tasted fluffy and moist, so YUM! Seared Octopus Prime (HKD310) cooked with the low-temperature cooking method "sous-vide". It was grilled to tender perfection and coated in veg and sun-blushed tomato sauce. I was addicted to their Sweet Potato Fries (HKD68), don't miss out!
