📍Joël Robuchon HK3 Michelin Stars Restaurant 🌟🌟🌟Haven’t been back for a while. Made a booking three months in advance and I can’t believe the deterioration in both quality and service. Seasoning was quite off for most of the dishes. Portion wise was generous. I am afraid the best was the bread basket only. Maybe it’s my bad luck that I went during the intermediary period after Chef Adriano left and before the new Chef’s arrival. But honestly, I expected more especially after the long wait. Pric
