Funny that the first thing of the staff said was not “For here and how many person?” but “For here? We closed at 10:30pm”. We order cakes and coffee/tea – Cake: Taste and quality are good, only the size is really tiny ($30 for 2 bites). Coffee/tea – worse I ever had in similar pricing F&B outlets. Not sure if the quality is low or the person has ruin the drinks while making it.

I have heard comment from friends + articles from web site regarding the service of Zoë are bad. Even just a few words along the conversations and I understand "Why???" now. Here is my suggestion: Only buy-take out and leave the shop right after you paid. This way no need to paid for service charge for bad service.
