To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

BOOK左12點食「相撲手午餐」(即午市放題),比預定時間早咗少少到,門口已聚集咗約6人。間鋪亦十分準時,12點正開門迎賓。入到去見裝修好靚,柔黃嘅燈光亦非常有情調。接待處附近見到有「米芝連推介食肆2015」,應該幾 咁喎,點知 。味道好坦白講,冇咩係燒得好食。幾本上餐單有嘅野八成都食過,但都係麻麻哋甚至唔好食。唯一欣賞係燒銀鱈魚,肉質好嫩滑亦好juicy,隻銀鱈魚燒汁同條魚嘅味幾夾,就咁食已經十分好味,試過配埋(應該係)沙律醬反而冇咁好食。 聽聞之前銀鱈魚都係任食範圍內,但依家就只限一份。假如佢可以任叫,我會淨係叫燒銀鱈魚,因為其他菜色真係 。喺講 菜色前,講返D我認為係正常嘅選擇先啦。首先係燒羊架,唔會燒得好"鞋",可以做到嫩滑多汁,羊騷味唔會過重。其次係燒蝦,隻蝦本身都幾大隻,大蝦用嚟燒就最正,肉質爽口亦有蝦味,但燒烤味太重,食一兩隻已夠。第三已經係熱烏冬同僅限1次嘅刺身(有三文魚,吞拿魚,仲有唔知咩魚每人各一片)=..=,普普通通正正常常咁囉。 嘅實在太多,咁我講重點 啦。出街普通餐廳鋸扒叫七成熟黎十成,叫五成熟黎三成是常識吧? 估唔到依間米芝連推介食肆

喺講
菜色前,講返D我認為係正常嘅選擇先啦。首先係燒羊架,唔會燒得好"鞋",可以做到嫩滑多汁,羊騷味唔會過重。其次係燒蝦,隻蝦本身都幾大隻,大蝦用嚟燒就最正,肉質爽口亦有蝦味,但燒烤味太重,食一兩隻已夠。第三已經係熱烏冬同僅限1次嘅刺身(有三文魚,吞拿魚,仲有唔知咩魚每人各一片)=..=,普普通通正正常常咁囉。

啦。出街普通餐廳鋸扒叫七成熟黎十成,叫五成熟黎三成是常識吧? 估唔到依間米芝連推介食肆都冇擺脫依種「常識」,點咗燒牛肋骨,侍應問幾成熟我答七成,點知得幾舊嘅中間部份算係七成,極大多數嘅都係十成勁鞋嗰D。 講開「鞋」,我都唔一個一個咁講佢D選擇喇,總之其餘D豬呀雞呀都燒到好鞋,好攞命。
仲有飲品方面,每個人都包一杯飲品,有汽水系列例如可樂、雪碧;亦有「特色飲品」:青蘋果/桃/提子梳打。同行二人有一個同我都叫咗青蘋果梳打,都表示十分難飲,另一個就雪碧。
甜品方面試咗芒果糯米糍同牛乳奶凍。糯米糍裡面有忌廉,幾得意,芒果都算新鮮而且唔酸。牛乳奶凍奶味香濃,質感比食開嘅較硬,較「傑」,反而咁樣更好食。

環境
裝修好靚,柔黃嘅燈光亦非常有情調。座位舒適。亦可能因客人不多,唔會好嘈吵。

服務
侍應有禮,會主動換碟同埋主動加(茶)水。唔小心跌咗餐具亦好迅速同主動咁拎過新嘅比你。

衛生
情況良好,唔見有小昆蟲,洗手間尚算乾淨。唯一不足之處係食材盤會疊上另一堆食材之上,雖然D食材會拎去燒,但成個盤疊上去好似唔係幾衛生。

總結
真係唔知到底係食材定師傅手勢關係,食物都係麻麻地,好「鞋」又十分油(雖然係燒,但D油太誇張)。唯一好食嘅銀鱈魚又冇得任食,咁嘅價錢嚟講真係唔抵食。
