I expect a "wow" when having lobster at a lobster barHad a business lunch at Lobster Bar. The environment is typical for a restaurant within a hotel. Had a business lunch at Lobster Bar. The environment is typical for a restaurant within a hotel. It's not me paying for the bill and I didn't dare to order too much, just a lobster pasta and a salad.

The salad was definitely normal, pretty much what I can get at a salad bar at Great. Vege is no doubt fresh, but shouldn't the quality and quantity be more rewarding?

The lobster pasta. Well, I think diners always have expectations when they pay a premium. It's LOBSTER bar, so please show me what you got! The pasta, I can only say it's par. I think La Fleur or Al Dente do better. The lobster, no surprise at all but a piece of dead seafood.
