To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 6月訂,11月先有位,仲係晏。服務質素,環境同食物嘅味道非常一般。湯同我屋企出邊嘅燒臘舖不分伯仲,坑腩係華姐嘅水準,椒鹽鮮魷比起澳洲差太多,雞唔錯,係材料,同煮無關。咁樣嘅水準,無知點樣摞到亞洲第一,亦還係個廚移咗民,新各個唔係好得?成餐亮點得茶同雪糕。兩樣嘢都同間酒樓無關。買單800有找,價錢都係可以接受。可能executive lunch係俾啲鬼佬executive欣賞?食完在涼爽嘅香港無咗汗水,卻有一頭霧水。
