Totally in love with their tokusei wagyu tsukemen. This Japanese style ramen involves serving cold noodles alongside a bowl of hot soup. The quality and texture of the noodles is relatively good.I still remember the balanced fat-to-meat ratio wagyu topping and the perfect broth! The soup tends to be saltier and more intense than the typical ramen broth, as it’s for dipping rather than drinking. The staffs are super nice and they present you food in an interesting posture which is quite funny. This became my favourite restaurant fo tsukemen in Hong Kong!
