As soon as you walk in, you're amazed by the interior decoration of the restaurant. However, the moment the waitress speaks, you ready know their customer service level is bad. She just blurted out a whole bunch of info without articulating, and when I asked her to repeat, she asked me to ask someone else...?!
throughout the meal, we had asked a few other servers for either more water for out hotpot, or more hot tea, or to add some items. Every single server were basically operating in a robotic mode and speaking in monotone.

The worst thing was the soup base. We got the taiwanese ma la pot, and for some reason, it kept clogging up and becoming this thick paste which resembled gelatin, and with the color, it looked like a big chunk of duck blood
the lamb and the beef we ordered were only just ok for the price, te only thing good about this meal was the cute appearance of their squid balls which came in little penguin figures.
