Restaurant: An Nam Pho

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 【 平民抵食生牛河】 鰂魚涌嘅餐廳選擇多好多,因為係喺商業寫字樓嘅附近。呢間安南最近就翻新咗啦,但係食物嘅質素就比唔上之前喇。價錢方面,就一樣冇變過,都係算係便宜嘅越南河。尤其是生牛肉河呢,喺其他舖頭做唔到咁平嘅價錢。因為質素太差嘅牛肉都唔可以生上比客人啦。通常天氣開始凍啦,身體就想食一點暖啲舒服啲嘅嘢食。同埋呢呢度可以免費轉金邊粉嘅。我朋友就話佢嘅牛坑腩片呢麻麻哋好食啦排隊方面呢,今次就唔需要等候時間嘅。以服務方面呢,我差啲以為自己去咗街市今次係Storellet做咗呢間舖頭嘅新會員,迎新優惠係送春卷或者香茅雞翼,咁我同我朋友呢都換左呢個迎新優惠㗎。佢嘅春卷係出奇地比較好食啦,又夠脆,又夠熱,用料還好,用生菜包住食一流。
