To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 藍田就唔多珍珠奶茶店嘅，除咗歇腳亭同埋匯景商場入面嘅幾間，就新開左呢一間店。開張嘅時候呢大排長龍啊，呢個情況維持左差唔多一個月，終於經過嘅時候發現唔多人，就一於試吓佢啦。叫咗一個珍珠奶茶，咁$22來講佢都算幾大杯，都好多珍珠，其實飲珍珠奶茶都係想係游水之前頂下個肚，呢杯珍珠奶茶就啱晒啦。佢珍珠都幾煙韌。但係真係叫咗微糖泥講呢，成杯野係太甜嘅，似係半糖啲。下次可以叫最低嘅甜度。佢哋係用m e i j i奶，奶味都OK。茶香呢都有嘅，但係就係茶味呢就未夠突出。分量來講呢，微冰之後呢，佢嘅份量呢冇少度。呢個做得好。從杯嘅外型來講呢，隻狗仔就夠晒可愛啦。又叫杯嘢飲到拎到杯嘢飲，都只係3分鐘嘅過程。多得店內三位店員嘅速度都夠快。
