Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 受好友邀請黎左上環la parole 參加wine dinner, (其實我都係第一次join, 好友見我為食又鍾意飲酒, 專程幫我報名參加的, 仲趕得切join early bird).我地7:20 上到餐廳, 遲左小小。個場已經set好哂啦, 估唔到hold 起哂成個場, 一半係cocktail, 另一半場就for dinner.當然先join cocktail 先啦, 一行入去, waitress 就主動遞左兩杯white wine同小食比我地, 係煎帶子配薯蓉. 這個appetizer 同第一杯白酒好夾, 味道比較淡. 帶子略略煎香表面, 都幾大粒架! 仲有薯蓉伴, 開左個胃, 食慾大增!第2 round appetizer係snail with cocktail sauce, 配Rose, 味蕾開始重小小, 個appetizer好好味呀! 雖然用好細隻杯裝, 但都有兩隻snail, 食完飲返啖Rose , perfect! 中和返Cocktail sauce 個味Cocktails part 完結大家坐定定, 迎接第一道菜Salad with Smoked and Goat
