Wing Nin Started off in Yuen Long and now they have branched into the City. They opened their second branch in TST and they are in Causeway Bay.The location in Causeway Bay is much better and caters for the crowd there.Although I haven't tried their flagship store in YL, my experience at TST was very salty. There are new items on the menu such as tossed noodles and cold brew tea so I was obviously here for the tea as I didn't have any expectations for the noodles.Tried noodles with a choice of top
They opened their second branch in TST and they are in Causeway Bay.
The location in Causeway Bay is much better and caters for the crowd there.
Although I haven't tried their flagship store in YL, my experience at TST was very salty.
There are new items on the menu such as tossed noodles and cold brew tea so I was obviously here for the tea as I didn't have any expectations for the noodles.
Tried noodles with a choice of toppings.
This time the broth and toppings were not overly salty but strangely it was very sweet especially for the blood curds which is strange.
Their signature spicy sauce is sweet as well as spicy.
The star of the show was the egg which was runny in the middle.
The cold brew teas were fantastic.
There is a choice of oolong or Jasmine so tried both.
I was expecting oolong to taste better but Jasmine fare better.
