Be it a farewell; a birthday celebration; or a winter gathering, it’s always good to have Thai food! Pad Thai with shrimp; and veggies stirred fried with chilli- spicy!Outstanding chargrilled pork collar was my favourite. Deep fried fish with Thai soy sauce, very crispy and delicious, even the bones crisped up. We also had spicy mussels; meat skewers with satay sauce; and stuffed chicken wings. Deep fried food was just irresistible! Here’s a close up of the stuffed wing. Also heard from our VIP

Deep fried food was just irresistible! Here’s a close up of the stuffed wing. Also heard from our VIP today that the fried shrimp balls were nicely done, didn’t get to try but they smelt really good.
This scrumptious sour sauce marinated beef was highly regarded. I think they used the larb cooking style cos the beef slices were coated with crushed rice and seasoning, yum!
For dessert I tried the warm purple rice with mango, and yellow sago cake; drizzled with salted coconut sauce. A nice ending to our meal.
Not sure if this is pandan flavour or not- you better go try it out yourself ;)
