Always prefer thin pancakes but this one was very much to my surprise🤩Pancakes were fluffy and immersed in hot espresso syrup🤎While cold espresso butter 🤎 and cream 🤍 were on top of the pancakes with sun dried apricot and walnut scattered around. The strong and slight sweet flavour of this combination and the temperature gradient made the dish stand out👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
