今晚老公有約，我同阿仔撐枱腳，去左荃灣海之戀商場Odelice法國餐廳，我哋叫咗個晚市二人餐，兩個前菜分別係法國Charolais生牛肉他他同法國田螺6隻，主菜係海鮮燴飯同阿根廷安格斯牛脊肉，仲叫咗兩杯紅酒🍷，度過咗一個愜意嘅晚上。法式田螺：田螺幾大隻，加上有油香味，配埋麵包就啱晒。法國Charolais生牛肉他他：牛肉口感軟嫩有彈性，肉味比較濃郁，完全零腥味，質感細膩。夾埋吐司一齊食，口感一流。海鮮燴飯：擺盤精美，海鮮新鮮，包括大蝦、青口及蜆肉，意大利飯軟硬適中，海鮮汁味道濃郁。阿根廷安格斯牛脊肉：牛肉份量十足，煎得岩岩好，外脆內嫩，肉質彈牙，咬落肉汁四溢。法邊豆清脆可口、燒薯粒金黃香脆，搭配鴨肝白蘭地醬汁，醬汁濃厚，有助提升整道菜嘅香氣。Odelice!
