I had an amazing dining experience in Silencio and highly recommend it for all Japanese food lovers !The live jazz music with stunning artworks in every corner of the restaurant added to the perfect atmosphere along with the wonderful food and service!I often try different izakayas in HK and Japan, but I was completely blown away by all the surprising presentation and flavors of Silencio’s dishes. The Onsen Egg salad that the service team recommended was the best salad I have had in a long time

I often try different izakayas in HK and Japan, but I was completely blown away by all the surprising presentation and flavors of Silencio’s dishes.
The Onsen Egg salad that the service team recommended was the best salad I have had in a long time - the smoked ikura on the surface was such a perfect match to the creamy dressing and the poached egg.
Another dish I really enjoyed was the tempura rock shrimp served with Sichuan sauce. The rock shrimps were perfectly fried so that it was crispy and light on the outside while the juicy, sweet freshness of the shrimp was brought out by the slightly spicy sauce that had a flavorful kick to it.
I can’t wait to come back next time to try the rest of the menu!
