Its a Friday night, and most of the restaurants in TST are packed...The three of us passed by K-11, and found that many of the restaurant there were packed...Since I was too busy for lunch that day, so we decided to dine at Oceanna, where no one was waiting for a table.I have been to the Oceanna in Causeway Bay before, and I have a pretty positive impression towards this restaurant. The three of us passed by K-11, and found that many of the restaurant there were packed...Since I was too busy for lunch that day, so we decided to dine at Oceanna, where no one was waiting for a table.
I have been to the Oceanna in Causeway Bay before, and I have a pretty positive impression towards this restaurant. However, we ended up getting mad about the service in the TST Oceanna. We ordered raw osyters (Austrilia and France), Lobster Risotto, Seafood Pasta, Pizza Trip and the promotion appertizer sampler (I cant recall the name of that appertizer). The food wasnt good, any restaurants that serves the above dishes could do better than them......However, that was okay, as we just wanted to gather and chill with some food so the taste doesnt mean too much to us in this case...
However, the service was extremely bad!!!!
We first ordered the main courses and the appertizer sampler, and 2 mins later, we ordered the oysters. However, the waiter (should be the manager) told us that since we ordered the oysters at last, they will have to serve it with the main dishes (Well, it has only been 2 mins since we ordered the main course...........) We accepted that, and while the food arrived our table(all at once, with appertizer/oysters and main course), we told the manager that we would like to share the five dishes among the three of us, but he just gave us the rudest look/expression on his face......he looked so impatient and I asked him, what is the problem for sharing the food? he didnt really answer my question, but keep on staring at our table while we were eating...we took only half an hour to complete the whole meal (from ordering)...as they keep on trying to make us leave the restaurant as soon as possible...we looked outside, and no one was waiting for a table, whats the point for rushing?????????
We will definitely not go back to Oceanna at TST again!!!We will also never forget that rudest expression on that manager's face....Thanks SO MUCH!
