At about 18:00, 17 March 2017, my wife and I, along with our 2-year-old baby who's sleeping in a stroller, tried to dine at "Royal Grill Ginji" Grand Century Place branch. The receptionist, after learning our situation, led us straight into the very inside of the restaurant, a room with a narrow door which our stroller obviously cannot pass through. At that time, there were over 20 vacant seats at the hall, and we could have placed our stroller next to us without affecting other diners - however, the receptionist obviously decided to turn a blind eye to this fact. When asked whether it'd be fine for us to dine at the hall, the receptionist, simply coldly replied "you will have to wait" despite the 20+ unoccupied seats outside. This may well be the most frustrating experience I have ever had.
