Introduction
Royal Grill Ginji is established under the Mekiki no Ginji’s flag, as a new concept izakaya restaurant that boasts teppanyaki dishes which are made with directly imported seafood from Japan and top-notched quality meat.
A4 wagyu, top-notched Japanese kurobuta pork and foie gras, are all to be conjured up into a sizzling teppanyaki feast. Besides the traditional teppan dishes, Royal Grill is also introducing a whole series of Kansei Okonomiyaki; giving options like prawn, squid, kurobuta, and noodles. Variety such as the Cheese Omelet, the Soba Omelet, Kurobuta with Fried Noodles, are also not to be missed.
It is the fourth shop opened in Hong Kong under the Mekiki no Ginji’s brand and is the largest in shop size which accommodates 130 guests.

沖繩食物因地近台灣,風味相近,此居酒屋是沖繩味和日本風。專程來感受此獨特風味。上此商場高層此店,在大玻璃窗下,如登山城而身在沖繩。平日午餐少人,在卡位是坐得十分寫意。價格中上,卻是歎沖繩食物和談天佳地。如澳洲和牛串燒,78元,質素普通而已。有較便宜的午餐,14:00後更有85折。我們沒有選。我認為食物上落參差大。是我首次來的主觀感受。兩人午餐,只能寫片面食評。如蝦牛油果沙律(78元),豪無特色,只能說牛油果新鮮。此餐不是我點餐,可能影響評分。從此店推介的餐單,食友點選了海膽汁燒蠔。燒蠔是我的至愛,做得很好,外香脆而內甘甜。海膽汁是重點所在,不算鮮,不算特。今餐甜品是最好味,柚子味誘人,雪葩值29元一球。柚子忌廉班戟十分香滑。

下午後時段來到這裡一試,叫來了它們;軟殼蟹天婦羅,脆炸軟殼蟹兩隻, 鮮味有肉哋又有軟蟹膏, 附帶醬汁, 蔥碎及蘿蔔蓉。炭火燒焼拼盤六串,已定款不是自選的有; 豬肉串, 雞免治肉棒串, 鵪鶉旦串, 雞翼串, 煙肉雞脾菇串,及 煙肉車厘茄串, 配上椰菜片,其中的煙肉雞脾菇串較為好食。黑豚關西燒餅伴炒麵,那椰菜絲豚肉焼餅較厚, 上面有些醬汁同目魚絲, 反而燒餅下面的炒麵更好吃。辛辣味海鮮鍋,湯底香濃帶著微辣, 有蠔兩隻; 三文魚兩片; 蝦; 豆腐; 菇同菜等, 材料新鮮配合湯底煮著, 好吃的。還有沖繩生啤,大杯’買一送一’

休閒下午去搭火車,一路行一路搵食,一路都未睇到啱心水嘅地方食晏,但係要去搭車之前食咗嘢先,就去到新世紀,冇心水唔知想食乜去睇下有咩餐廳先,望下guide 有一間好新奇嘅日本餐廳,個名好得意上去睇下咩嚟先,見到午餐有好多款式,總會有一款啱我,坐低慢慢揀啦,選擇困難症發作就唔知道幾時先有得食,第一次嚟就問下店員有咩推介,店員有介紹我一個壽司套餐,海鮮係直送全部好新鮮,前菜係芽菜,另外仲有好qq 手打烏冬,呢餐食到好飽好滿足。

很想吃壽司,同場壽司店排滿人,即轉食居酒屋先點了香蔥吞拿魚卷,普普通通,很多蔬菜加上大大舊的青瓜,咬下去先吃到蔬菜及香蔥的清新,吞拿魚的魚鮮味卻不突出。刺身七款,當中的蝦、劍魚腩及赤身不錯,很新鮮。三文魚普通,帶子不鮮甜,另外不喜歡三文魚子,淨吃魚子怪怪的而且很咸,應配白飯較好。或乾脆換上另一款刺身。送上軍艦併盤,蟹肉及蔥吞拿魚不錯,其他一般,可以不試壽司及刺身都一般,串燒卻不錯。選了海鹽味,簡簡單單,配襯的椰菜也很甜。不錯

呢間居酒屋我曾經在屯門v city見過,被佢哋嘅裝修吸引,一直都很想試一試,今日終於都有機會啦,原來旺角MOKO都有分店。一入到去,成個環境,裝修,擺設,menu,都好有沖繩的感覺。星期日假期黃金時段竟然仲有Lunch set。主菜配白飯 + 雜菜沙律 + 味噌湯 + 飲品。日本黑豚涮涮鍋定食 $108 豚肉總有6塊左右,都算大塊。
刺身定食 $118
刺身幾新鮮,很喜歡三文魚子在口中爆開,鹹香鮮甜美味湧入口中。薑汁燒黑豚豬軟骨定食
$78燒得香之餘仲食到軟骨的爽脆,相當好味!水蜜桃乳酸梳打味道正常,不會太甜!
