Restaurants are dime a dozen and good ones stand out because of excellent service or great food. Customer Service 101 - ALWAYS ACKNOLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS!
We show up and there are few groups ahead waiting for tables. There was nobody at the front and so I figured that the host must be busy and will be right back. Several waiters and waitresses scurry back and forth but nobody greets or acknowledges that we are there. A lady who looks to be the owner of the place scurries but does not notice that there are several groups waiting. The host finally shows up after 15 minutes and when I tried to get his attention, he disappears and never to be seen again.
I've been to many Korean restaurants and this is the first one ever that I got snubbed.
