I went to this restaurant with some colleagues last week and we used to go there like almost every other week. I ordered a Ramen and I asked the manager if I could have the egg a bit more cooked as I didn't want a raw egg. The manager said yes but ended up my egg was not just all done, but it was also a broken one where the egg yolk and egg white were all mixed up. At a price of around $80, this was something totally not acceptable. I told a waitress about this and she said they were not able to

At a price of around $80, this was something totally not acceptable. I told a waitress about this and she said they were not able to customize the egg for customer, and if i wanted a fried egg it's 10 bucks extra. I said I didn't want a dried egg. Then she walked away and after 5 mins she came back with a fried egg!
The fried egg was literally deep fried and was much worse than those at mcD!!! It's unbelievable how the chef cannot even handle an egg!!!

I told her again that I didn't want a fried egg and the waitress asked me to order something else and not eat that ramen. My colleague told her that she might as well cancel all 4 orders. Then she walked away and walked back in 3 mins with a fake smile and apologized and told me the chef told her that he couldn't do it and the chef decided to make a fried egg for me.
How ridiculous!

I've never had such a bad experience with a simple bowl of ramen. Too bad I didn't take any pic probably because I was too shocked and overwhelmed with what was being served. Anyways my colleagues and I would never go back again.
