Second draft has fun fusion food with Chinese and Western elements. The sandwiches are pretty food but some of the snacks were a miss. The 'edamole' which was mashed edamame served with wonton chips sounded good in theory - but the taste was bland and unappetizing. The wontons were also unnecessary fusion food and I would stick to regular Chinese wontons. The fries were the best snack and incredible moreish. The show stealer was the mapo burrata which was incredibly rich and flavorful. The burrata worked perfectly with the spicy pork. I would recommend people who like fusion to give this place a shot to see what they like and don't like.
