Toffee and Pecan Meringue RouladeTrue, it was really sweet, but there was a rich, delicious taste of Dulce de Leche and the meringue, though admittedly softened a bit, nevertheless added a great texture. This roulade is a good variation from regular egg-rolls, but be prepared that it’s probably quite a westernized recipe and would not appeal as much to those who are less sweet-toothed.
