Thanks to 糖小妹 for getting me this bar of chocolate.Raspberries and chocolate are always a good pairing.The wrapping for this bar of chocolate was nice too.The chocolate had so much freeze dried raspberry pieces in it which made it really enjoyable and I really liked it because the raspberry taste was really prominent.

品嘗這個核桃丹麥之前就已經被它散發的氣味虜獲了,誰知道一口咬下去口感也讓人驚奇!看似再平凡不過的酥皮裏面卻透著極致純正的牛油味道,which is rich, luxurious, and elegant. 每一層酥皮都鬆軟酥脆,香甜卻不會膩口。而裏面核桃的核桃餡也是出奇的好吃,焦香鬆脆的果仁配上甜蜜豐富的蜜糖口感,味道一流。

Wow!下面來說說肉桂卷啦!~~~~老實說,Cinnamon roll/bun向來是我這個嗜甜之人的最愛之一。尤其到了冬日,身體開始不自覺地渴望糖分,所以即使這個肉桂卷外面的砂糖多得誇張也并沒有讓我望而卻步(反倒是鼓起勇氣把它買了下來,笑~)。而聖誕也近在眼前,於是肉桂這種富有節日氣息的關鍵字也就顯得更為可愛。

但我吃了這麼多肉桂卷以及肉桂相關食品,這一個真的是難得的美味(飲品除外)。大多數的肉桂卷也許可以很地道,但卻也常常因為薑、肉桂粉或者其他香料太多而變得宣兵奪主,導致食物本身原材料的味道無法發揮;或者麵包本身太硬,缺乏“冬日溫暖”的感覺(再者“嚼勁”比較適合bagel才對吧);又或者調味太單一,只吃得到甜味或者酸味,讓人覺得口腔負擔很重,沒有太多享受的感覺,反而覺得太膩。

但這一個就不同,咬開裏面可以看到一層一層很認真的做法,因此味道均勻細膩,很好地滲透到麵皮,層次也很豐富。

這個肉桂卷近乎完美啦。但如果甜度可以再降低幾分,並且增加一些清新度的話,也許就更加好了。
也許可以加少少未經調味的清淡微酸又fruity的鮮果(譬如蘋果或者紅莓等)或者新鮮檸檬汁一類?
好吧這只是我的想像啦
囧...

當然,現在看來marks & spencer總體走的是sweet & warm的路線,也算是獨有一番滋味吧。

另一款是英式麵包球, 其實我本身偏愛沒有任何餡料的麵包, 這款確實簡單, 有人認為味道單薄, 沒有任何特別, 但我就是純粹吃它的淡淡麵粉香, 外表有點chewy, 但內裡卻軟綿綿的, 如果想脆一點, 我一般會先用oven烘焙過再吃, 有時也會加jam吃. 但喜歡口感複雜多層次的話, pave aux muilti-grain會是較好之選, 有葵花子, sesame, poppy seed之類, 份量很多, 健康之餘texture很好, 脆脆的, 真的好味!

還有另一款要索價$48, 確實有點定價偏高, 但卻真的是挺不錯的! 它算是新產品吧, 忘了正確名稱, 材料有cranberry, raisin及walnut, 份量很多, 真正外脆內軟! 麵包本身有種綿密的質感, 夠香軟, 配合甜甜的紅莓及提子, 味道層次更提升了, 雖說比較貴, 但味道是我喜歡的!

喜歡香口的, 我會推薦這款cheese and onion twist, 馬莎的酥皮類一向做的好, 這款twist芝士味重, 很濃郁, 但比較油, 始終是酥皮的關係吧! 不過間中一放縱次又何妨呢? 另外一款apple turnover則會是甜品迷之選吧! 表面的糖粒很脆, 有咬口, 內裡的layers有質感, 蘋果肉很豐富而且juicy, 感覺像吃麥記的apple pie一樣, 但個人覺得偏甜了, 似dessert多一點! 至於另外的iced pink donut則不是我杯茶…吃下去感覺太油太淋, 表面的糖漿及朱古力令donut甜上加甜, 口感不好, 或者是個人口味吧, 不太喜歡這一款!

額外一提的是服務, 其實職員是挺有禮的, 但我每次買麵包都等上一段時間, 可能因為staff不時轉換, 又不熟悉麵包編碼吧, 要對圖對code, 還有經常入錯機, 再出新的單據, 希望此情況減少出現呢!

The next day I reheat the doughnut to eat.It was really amazing!First you can see there were a lot of crispy chocolates on the top.There was a rich chocolate sauce!There were double texture of chocolate when I ate it.It was not too sweet either.The bread was spongy as well.

For the cookies,it was in a large piece.I like the chocolate in it and like its softness.But I think it was too sweet.

Hope I can try other products here next time!

True, it was really sweet, but there was a rich, delicious taste of Dulce de Leche and the meringue, though admittedly softened a bit, nevertheless added a great texture. The creamy filling inside was also decadent. However, it could do with more pecans!

Note: the packaging says it requires a defrosting period of 3.5 hours – I gave it 30 mins and it was plenty soft already.

This roulade is a good variation from regular egg-rolls, but be prepared that it’s probably quite a westernized recipe and would not appeal as much to those who are less sweet-toothed.

不少人覺得全麥包好dry,我就相反,我對全麥包好有好感,很喜歡麥包那種咀嚼時的口感~一直想試試馬莎既麵包,所以特地來看看有冇心水,比我發現左一個全麥包~$18個,體積都幾大個,重量大約一磅,形狀似枕頭包,外層好硬,好似石頭~haha,但當我咬落去既時候發覺好脆包心出奇地不硬,遇有些柔軟,最緊要係"麥"味十足,真係好香麥味,健康得黎又好味,呢個全麥包算係我暫時食過最好食既一個麥包

甜味鬆餅食得多,試下個鹹既,點知....好失望。蕃茄乾鬆餅有好多好多蕃茄乾,係多到我唔想再食 味道都幾鹹下,唔食得多;但冇甜味既,蕃茄都唔濃,有D似食鹹餅乾咁,但唔係脆既。咩都冇架...一味係得蕃茄乾 真係好單調,食左半個就唔想食啦,都係甜味鬆餅好食D!!

今天到沙田的City Super逛了一會,四時多差不多五時的時候順便到樓上Marks & Spencer的Fresh Bakery看看。見到有個核桃麥包(Walnut Loaf )實在很吸引,外表己能感受到它的香脆,而且今天由原價的HK$22減至HK$15。最重要是那裡有個baker拿了1個新鮮出爐的出來給我,跟我說這個是新鮮出爐的,實在是很香很香,我當然二話不說就把麵包接過然後跑去收銀處付錢!!!結果放棄今天家裡一頓豐富的晚餐,只吃了這個大大的核桃麥包再加上一瓶City Super的低糖豆漿,簡直是享受呀!這個核桃麵包內含小麥、麩質、果仁(即核桃)。用刀一切開就能看見麵包本身的密度很高,而且摸下去又軟綿綿,核桃粒亦毫不的佈滿著整個麵包。咬一口,真的好味到「嗯」了一聲呀!先說麥包表皮,外皮烘至美麗的金黃色是預料之內那麼那麼的香脆,脆口得來又不乾巴巴及介口。至於包芯的質感是如此的軟綿綿及濕潤,密度很高又做到極滑極柔軟,顏色呈淡麥色!每一口都能充份品嘗到那麵粉的異常濃香,真的是很有麵包香的一個麥包,而每一口都能吃到很有口感的核桃粒,核桃粒那股果仁油香很重而且亦非常脆卜卜很新鮮,再加上麵包有

!先說麥包表皮,外皮烘至美麗的金黃色是預料之內那麼那麼的香脆,脆口得來又不乾巴巴及介口。至於包芯的質感是如此的軟綿綿及濕潤,密度很高又做到極滑極柔軟,顏色呈淡麥色!每一口都能充份品嘗到那麵粉的異常濃香,真的是很有麵包香的一個麥包,而每一口都能吃到很有口感的核桃粒,核桃粒那股果仁油香很重而且亦非常脆卜卜很新鮮,再加上麵包有鹹香,我真的是不能自拔的一口一口接著咬下去!
最後經不斷的努力也吃不完,剩下了大約1/5…看著碟上的1/5實在很想繼續但實在太飽了。

最後回想起認為這個核桃麥包的用料無論是麵粉至於細微的核桃都很高質數,另外它外形、味道、口感、香味同樣亦是滿分!實在太幸福了!
