For godbro XO's birthday dinner this year, I found a restaurant that fits the "theme" of his birth-month celebration perfectly--a restaurant in Tai Hang named Tipsy! As I was stuck in traffic on my way to the restaurant, XO already got started with his happy hour ordering the buy one, get one prosecco. I was not going to compete with the amount he's going to drink, so I ordered a cocktail (which is not part of the happy hour promotion.)

Rosy Cheek: The cocktail was very refreshing with a prominent citrus flavor, but I could do with just a tad less of the grapefruit's bitterness. I'm really sensitive to bitter flavors. The grapefruit flavor really only hits you at the end, so the cocktail itself was actually quite delicious!

The ravioli had just the right pasta thickness, and when I bit into it, first, I get the crunch from the big chunk of king prawn, then a burst of succulent sea urchin flavor while the fennel foam bubbles start to pop and fill my mouth with the silky sauce! The sauce was so delicious I almost wanted to lick the plate clean!
