自宋皇臺站開通後,B3出口行幾步就到嘅老字號「新城潮州飯店」(應該有差不多30年)真心性價比好高 !門口是長這樣子的,一邊係潮州菜,一邊係茶餐廳,但其實兩邊都係可以食鹵水鵝架啦!九龍城嘅老字號,門面自然就有股懷舊氣息,咁先有風味嘛哈哈!努力切鹵水鵝的師傅,可以咁樣睇清楚D添!炸黃魚,個人就唔鐘意呢啲傳統油炸食物了。墻上有menu,基本潮州菜必備嘅一應俱全。上湯魚麵($58):最最最極力推介!鯪魚肉整嘅魚麵非常鮮味彈牙,豬骨湯同豬肉碎都好清甜,簡直令人一般食、一邊讚「好好味啊」!鹵水鵝片($118)個人覺得鵝片還可以,最好味係花生浸咗鹵水汁後嘅香氣。鮮咸菜豬肚湯($88/窩)食得出用料好新鮮,咸菜只係相對醃製左較短時間,健康D少少鹹味都不錯!韭菜豬紅($48)味道偏鹹反沙芋頭($88)好正宗、糖皮酥脆唔黏口。
