Unagi kabayaki - the eel was cooked perfectly that the crispy skin and soft flesh melt inside my mouth with its sweet sauce. I am not a big fan of eel but I may say it is one of the tenderest and juiciest eel I have ever had.

OX tongue - instead of the grilled one, we ordered the one with sauce, which is tastier than I expected. Would try the grilled one next time

Lamp skin - my friend worries of the offensive mutton smell, which turned out her worry was a bit too much. The grill got rid of it and the skin was chewy. It was the perfect match with cold beer! Must try if you visit there!
