Still two weeks to go until my upcoming trip to Japan but desperately needed a yakitori fix. Stumbled upon BON in H8. The all-you-can-drink beer promotion was still available! ◆せせり Chicken Neck
◆つくね Minced Chicken
◆手羽先 Chicken Wing
◆レバー Liver
◆豚とろ玉巻 Pork Belly w/ Onsen Egg Roll
Requested chef Ray to grill the liver to medium rare to achieve an extra smooth texture. Tsukune coated in a rich and savory tare didn't come with an egg yolk - instead, the staff asked if we'd like an onsen tamago, which was actually the pork belly egg roll with a runny egg yolk. Chicken wing was a standout with crispy skin and juicy meat.

◆しし唐 Green Pepper
◆アスパラ Asparagus
◆特製焼きおにぎり BON Grilled Rice Ball
Concluded the chicken feast with some veggies and their signature onigiri which was piping hot with a crackling layer of okoge served with nori.
